Have you been considering investing in Volta stock and other SPAC stocks? Watch my video first.

Volta offers free level 2 and level 3 DC Fast Charging to its customers. It has a unique business model that differentiates itself from other charging companies such as ChargePoint and EVgo. It’s able to offer free charging by selling digital advertising on its beautiful charging station displays.

Volta is in the process of merging with a blank check company SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) called Tortoise Acquisition Corp. II (NYSE: SNPR). The transaction is expected to close around the second quarter of 2021. Once the business combination is completed, the new ticker symbol will be VLTA.
