Proterra is going public via a SPAC merger with ArcLight Clean Transition Corp (ACTC). ACTC has PIPE backing by the SPAC King, Chamath Palihapitiya.

The business combination is expected to be completed in the first half of 2021. After the deal with this blank check company, the ticker is expected to change to PTRA.
