The servers that make NameCheap’s websites available are located in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. If you are located outside this area, please note that the information you provide will be transferred to Phoenix, Arizona, and by submitting the information on or through the website you authorize this transfer. NameCheap has its own policies and procedures to governing your rights relating to the hosting of the website and transmission of information, and to provide safeguards for the protection of your data, and those policies and procedures will govern your information in that regard.
