Paysafe SPAC Merger with BFT (Foley Trasimene Acquisition II)

Paysafe is a payment and fintech company that’s in the process of merging with a SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) called Foley Trasimene Acquisition II (NYSE: BFT). Paysafe is the #1 iGaming eCash network in the world. It owns the brands, Skrill and Neteller.

The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2021. Once the business combination is completed, the new ticker symbol on the NYSE will be PSFE.
