Nuvve V2G SPAC Merger with NBAC (Newborn Acquisition Corp)

Nuvve is the market leader in V2G EV charging technology. It is in the process of merging with a SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) called Newborn Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: NBAC). The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2021. Once the business combination is completed, the new ticker symbol will be NVVE.
