Indie Semiconductor Thunder Bridge Acquisition (THBR) SPAC Merger

Indie Semiconductor is an automotive semiconductor company that’s focused on the high-growth areas of ADAS/Autonomous, Connectivity, User Experience, and Vehicle Electrification applications. It’s in the process of merging with a SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) called Thunder Bridge Acquisition II (NASDAQ: THBR).

The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021. Once the business combination is completed, the new ticker symbol on the NASDAQ will be INDI.
