How do you value the SRNG merger with Ginkgo, considering their purchase of Fungal Platform Technology Company Dutch DNA with combined cash and equity AND Form 12b-25 stating SRNG will be late in filing its form 10-Q because SEC issued recent guidance that warrants should be classified as a liability measured at fair value? Is the transaction fairly valued at $17.5 billion and how does this all affect the Price/Sales ratio, which ideally should be no higher that 20? Many criticize the P/E is over 100.
