How do you value the SRNG merger with Ginkgo, considering their purchase of Fungal Platform Technology Company Dutch DNA with combined cash and equity AND Form 12b-25 stating SRNG will be late in filing its form 10-Q because SEC issued recent guidance that warrants should be classified as a liability measured at fair value?
