AST SpaceMobile is a company with a vision to bring 4g and 5g internet access from space to everyone on the planet with a smartphone. It’s in the process of merging with a SPAC (special purpose acquisition company) called New Providence Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: NPA).
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021. Once the business combination is completed, the new ticker symbol on the NASDAQ will be ASTS.

What did you mean at the end by “Warrants early redemption”?
Most SPACs have an early redemption clause that allows them to redeem the warrants well before 5 years. In general, if the warrant is exercisable and the stock has been trading at or over $18 for 20 out of 30 trading days, then the company can, and usually will redeem the warrants early with a 30-day written notice. After 30-days, the warrant expires pretty much worthless. In many cases, it’s stated as $0.01 per warrant. Here’s an example when Virgin Galactic redeemed their warrants early:
